Hey all, I’ve recently joined EY consulting from another Big 4 and have noticed there’s no discipline (at least in my team) around codes and charging time. People either charge a standard 7 hrs or some will charge time spent on internal activities to their client code.

I was told that “the last person to charge their actual hours worked was promptly booted off the project”.
Just wondering:
1) Is this a general cultural point accross all Consulting teams? Will challengin this get me in trouble?

Hi , I am BA currently with 4.5 yrs experience in analytics . Is it necessary to go for an MBA(which will be 1 year obv as per my experience ) or i can go by becoming an APM somewhere(obv by learning product related topics)and then becoming a PM.
