Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

What state? What role? Ie.. accounting, credit, transactions analyst? And years of experience?
Depends what part of Texas I suppose but major metropolitan areas - Texas is not the cheapest state to live in anymore. I’d imagine 85k was the right number. Only 1.5 years of experience is not a lot but also not nothing. The 5% bonus is a major low-ball though. Keep job hunting, at least you have a fallback plan in case the job hunt talks longer than you think. Also, it’s good practice- you should always be job hunting and it always good to have that fallback position even if the pay isn’t awesome.
That is an extremely low offer... for a level 11, the median is closer 80k. The annual bonus is unlikely to be 5% too. Realistically is will be 2-3% max.
do you mean US Bancorp or the Fed? i figured you mean US Bancorp but then you said pay grades so i’m leaning Fed. if you meant the Fed, it’s part of the government and as such posts it’s pay grades online
Sorry, it’s US Bancorp
