Hey everyone, I am a newer OT (1.5 years experience) and I work for an outpatient company that is contracted in multiple ALF. I had my informal annual review where I asked about a pay increase and was told that basically the company does not give raises and that the only way to get more is to job hop or go PRN for multiple companies. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is PRN a good option? Any advice would be appreciated.

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30.
