Hey all! I went through the interviewing process with a company and we had a verbal agreement on X amount of salary per year. They liked me and extended an offer but the offer was for $15K less than what we agreed bc that’s what HR approved for. I was desperate so I took it. Accepting this offer meant that I had to relocate to the other side of the country. Omw that was 2500 miles, I received a call that they rescinded the offer. Is there anything legal that I can do to sue them?

My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?

I’m reviewing my resume getting ready to start my job search and have a question for recruiters, hiring managers. I’m looking for a role brand-side not agency side. Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? I like to apply for Product Manager roles at Amazon since I like the role. I have done front office CRM (SAP) implementations for Fortune50 clients through Accenture.
It is more of sitting with users to understand their process and map it to CRM suite and build additional features to map their specific processes.
I have also worked on sales, BD and functional spec creation for new features.
Can I count these as Product Management experience while applying for Amazon or other Faangmula?
