Hey everyone, I'm interested in pursuing a career at Netflix, Can anyone shed some light on what level of experience they usually expect for L4 roles? I know for L5, they typically seek at least 5 years of experience, but I'm curious about what's expected for L4. Thanks in advance for any insights! Netflix

Do you currently work in big tech? 4 years of experience working at a non tech company doing development work is likely not going to qualify as experience for Netflix
Yeah depending on area, Netflix has a very high bar to entry. Graduate first, then get really good experience and grow your scope fast in a tech forward company before applying. Make sure you are working at big tech companies. Then get a top 10 MBA to compete with the 1000 other people vying for that role.
It’s a tough market right now. Big tech over hired during COVID and had been laying off en mass. Also companies are investing in AI not ppl right now.
