I spoke to an experienced hire recruiter today and he said the company is moving to a hybrid model to include more in-person time between clients and staff. How often are you traveling to client sites and the office? is it as much as audit 2-3 weeks living in a hotel or sitting in the client's office? or maybe once a month? or are you working mostly remote? I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

Husband and I are planning to rent a car (we wipe the entire inside and handles down with bleach wipes) and drive to a state over (only 5 hours, no pit stops) to pod up with my parents for a month or two.
