For one I think you should be candid about how difficult it is for Susan and the team to manage the various concentric circles that make up the YouTube ecosystem. From content creators vs. advertisers, legal regulation, PR, taking a stand against toxic beliefs vs free speech concerns, etc. The strategy is managing all of it while maintaining growth and make sure you come across as humbled and aware of the complexity and tact required to navigate it.

They will likely ask what sources you rely on for your tech news. Have a few handy, eg TechCrunch or the like
1) Have a clear why YouTube, not why Google
2) Know about all of their products, even the weird ones like YouTube TV
3) Practice case method, it’s not exactly the same as our case method, but still
Good luck! You’re going to do very well! Also, the Virtual interviews are the same format as the final round, in person ones. Your recruiting point of contact will be super helpful with any general questions.
