I have an offer in PE VP role in Citco and JPM and I am at cross road on which is one to company to choose. Their pay is very similar but JPM is offering an attractive signing on bonus. I need a honest advise on which is better between these two firms.

Is it normal for project associates to receive 20LPA offer from Cognizant? Also how is the internal project selection scheme at CTS?

I had a small query that I have been interviewed for a role in Deloitte in October 2020 and I have not cleared the interview then after again I had applied and cleared the interview and got the LOI also but the time gap is not exactly 6 months between the two interviews will it be a problem to get my offer letter.?

I have received an offer from Capegemini but joining date is after 30 days only.
Hence I asked them to postpone the joining date to which they replied me to start notice period and they will change the joining date once I have confirmed reliving date.
I am confused.
Is this normal? Should I start notice period or wait for new joining date?
