Hey Fishes, I have 5+ yoe and I am currently working in GS. Not getting the work that I want and I am not happy. Got an offer from Rivigo as a lead engineer. This is the 1st offer I got. Compensation GS: 30LPA base + 6-7L bonus(Don't know the exact value as gs doesn't share it, last yr it was 5L)
Rivigo: 50Lpa base + 3L retention bonus(Only for 1st year) + 28L stock which will vest ober a period of 4 years(25% each year).
Should I continue exploring more opportunities ar should I join it?

I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?

My 1st Job was in Jan 2017 as an junior engineer, 1st month salary was 23k & i gave that money to my mother 🥺.

I have 2 offers
1) Capgemini which is using the technologies which I am currently working on but in AWS. Also it provides a chance of learning DevOps as well.
2) Wells Fargo which has no scope of cloud and using the same technologies which I am currently working.

Salary difference in hardly 45k.
