Hey fishes I have recently got a job from Hugging Face a US based startup for USD 55K + stocks. I can work from India. However since they do not have any legal entity it will be independent contractor.

Currently I have a full time position. at qualcomm with 18Lpa salary and may be after promotion I will get 26 lpa+ stocks.
Should I take the new offer? Would there be any issues later shifting to a full time job in India.
