I started conversations with a small boutique studio about doing Facebook ads for them and they asked what my retainer fee would be to manage them. I have an offer from Deloitte USI worth 8 LPA + 10% Variable (position: Business Analyst).
My current company (Not a big4 / tier 1 company) has now offered 9 LPA to retain me.
What should I do? Shoul I stay here or join Deloitte and take the advantage of the big4 and tier 1 company tag? I'm very confused - could someone please answer me?

HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21. Now in fnf statement they are recovering the actual amount given to me. Can i claim in ITR the TDS deducted in sept. HCL Technologies
