Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?
