I got an offer from prodapt solutions for 15 lakhs. But my payroll company will be some other vendor company.

if I work under a 3rd party payroll, Will it be an issue while switching job after some years.

What kind of negative points on working under
3rd party payroll.

Please help me to clarify this.

I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?

Would you rather have 5x amex MR points or 3x chase UR points for each dollar spent on flights? Why? Company let's me book flights on personal cards and trying to decide which to choose.

When traveling for work can we use our personal credit card for expenses or do we have to use the corporate Amex? Also does our corporate Amex get points/perks that we can use for personal usage?

At my fiancés company they are able to use a personal card (which then they get all the points and perks) and then just expensive to they company.

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took.
