Write out your projects and accomplishments from the past 3-4 years, including the ask, the challenge, the solutions, any issues you encountered, how you lead it. Have an example for many different kinds of work and behavioral questions. Focus on your cross functional relationships.
Also- don’t prepare too much. You don’t want to be super scripted.
Excellent advice to map everything out, thank you. It’s all in my head, of course, but I’m sure it will be beneficial to write it all down to bring it to the forefront. The last thing I want to do is come off as scripted. I feel that being genuine and natural is definitely the key. Thanks!
Agree with G1. Also think about the impact of your work, and be ready to talk about it.
+1 good add
Congrats! It’s a long journey ahead. I got thru phone screen and all the interviews, at team match now. The biggest thing I’d say is to be prepared to tell the story of your projects in detail and what you specifically did on them. Cross-functional team work is important too working with specialists, engineers, etc. Best of luck!
I’m past the phone screen and headed toward the 45min phone interview, any surprises there or pretty straight forward? Were the questions more technical in nature or more digging into past projects and my role in them as it would relate to future TPM work?
