Hi friends. I have been offered Manager designation at EY GDS in Consulting. I have 9 years of credit risk experience in BFSI companies (apart from 3 years of pre-MBA experience in IT). I have no prior experience in consulting.

The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here.
