Fantastic book about countering the subtle messages we women often receive that damage our self confidence, especially in professional environments. Really got me thinking, taught me to own my own capabilities and to not be afraid to advocate for myself.
Thanks for the rec, just listened to the audiobook. Definitely gave me a lot to think about and reflect on how I view myself.
