I am looking to invest in a large cap and wanted something additional to that as well.

Also, I have a low appetite for risk and okay with the medium/long term horizon.

People recruiting at FAANG/big tech right now- do you have a sense of how they’re handling equity/stocks in making offers? Stock prices are WAY through the roof and likely poised for correction... are they taking this into account when making offers on number of RSUs? Risk of joining and losing money

Currently I’m at 715 mark on my credit. If I pay off one more medical debt, it could increase it by 25 points. Should I wait to pay that off before getting a credit card or should I just get one now? I’m asking because it’s a pretty big medical bill.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.
