Hi,
Can TCS employees avail any relocation benefit in form of allowances or accommodation for returning back to base location?
I got virtually onboarded for Pune Location but my hometown is in Harayana. Now that TCS is calling employees base location, will I be eligible for any such perks?

EY for Money, IBM for experience ( its an ocean )
EY India if u want to be in management henceforth and are comfortable in travelling, SAP audit projects and IBM for huge WLB and if u still stay as a consultant and do implementation/ support projects.
Hikes and bonus are far better in EY india with rapid growth IBM wont have these and a slower growth.
Ok. I would recommend if you are big on growth go for EY India but theres no WLB , and if you want balance choose IBM but growth is very stagnant.
