Hey guys, I recently cracked am interview in Flipkart. Initially the role was for business analyst, later they upgraded my role to senior business analyst, and they're gonna send the offer letter tomorrow. Can anyone please help with the following details:
Note: My current CTC is 16.5
1. Do I get to negotiate the pay, I wanted to ask for 24 fix and 10% variable and relocation
2. If so, how to negotiate?
3. How much does Flipkart generally pay for senior business

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
