I have 2 offers in hand. TechM with 19LPA & DXC with 25 LPA (23L + 2L Variable)

DXC hired me for Indian client .My job profile on system admin. Work will be on Legacy Technology. Do I get chance to upgrade to cloud and shift to different Client

Most of the review on DXC is negative. How will be job security and work life balance. In most review I see "termination & layoffs." How is current situation in 2022

So, I offered to cover Thanksgiving and Christmas to help them out. But now I’m feeling super resentful. Any tips on getting through the next month without shooting daggers at them?
