Hey Guys, is there a process/email/phone number to report a crappy recruiting experience at Google (stuff like recruiter says he will contact you 100 times and does not, then asks you to call and he does not respond, no feedback after interviews and so on)?

What time frame throughout the year do companies recruit and hire the most? Feel like since October hit I’ve seen a downward trend in recruiters reaching out to me.

I am looking to work for a bank or financial institution in the US with presence in Latin America, I know about Citi and JPM any other?

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. Anyone switch companies and either regret it or are glad they did?

Guys what’s the best advice to practice interviews? I suck at them and I want to master them by the time I get one for a summer internship (hopefully ~oct/nov) tios, timeline, websites… anything!

2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

Management consultant evaluating an offer from Google’s Go-to-market team (Strategy & Operations) in India. Two questions:
1. Given it’s an internal consulting role, are the hours equally bad / worse than consulting firms?
2. Is it virtually impossible to move to a product ladder after spending 1-2 yrs in the role?
