Just want to understand if 'Business position went on hold' is new term of rejection? This happened with me 3 times in last 1 month. Even after having salary discussion with HR and documents sharing I am getting this feedback. After client interview as well they are saying your interview feedback is positive but position went on hold.

I’m looking at the Bank Of America Market Financial Center Manager role. Trying to figure out the salary range for this role and online research is giving me a wide range for this role. I have my MBA (non-Target school) with 3+ years in management (2 plus years in management in the banking/finance industry). What salary range should I be expecting? Thank you in advance.

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? I have 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
Can anyone suggest good product based company for Salesforce developer.
I have extensive development experience on apex,Aura,integration. After after spending 3 years in service based companies, learning is very low pace now. So wanted to switch to a product based company.
Attend one interview in sirionlabs and got offered but not sure how it is.

Has anyone else had a mentor (assigned to them by the Company) who seemed to have it out for you? I mean downright sabotage to make you look bad left and right. I didn’t realize it at first. She was fake friendly, but she was discrete too. Some of the executives thought she was amazing, but I had to clean up her work all the time. She wasn’t above me either on the chain of command. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

Is it a good Idea to switch after 6 months if project is not suitable or should stay for longer?

1. Tigerhall - 45LPA
2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
