After two interviews are cleared and submitting the documents to HCL , HR are telling that hiring is freezed.

Been searching for work for about 2 months now, and I can’t tell what companies are looking for anymore. I have 2+ years as an AE full cycle. And I get rejected left and right. My resume is up to date, I’m applying non stop, what else can I do?

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

A survey says on Average IT doods contribute 40-48% of their salary as Tax
And we belong to those 3% population who regularly pay tax even before they get their salaries.
And for us tax saving options too are limited.
