I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company. First question is it advantageous to have the top of the organization 50/50 partners own the r/e company as an s-corp? Seeking feedback on GAP insurance. I had a family member who purchased a car in June or July. They were in an accident last week and it sounds like the car will be declared a total loss. So, i put in my resignation and my manager calls me up. He says that he hired me during a bad time, i.e. during COVID pandemic last year, but it feels to him that when I felt convenient i am packing my bags and leaving. I have my thoughts to it, but do you also feel that I am leaving when it's convinient for me?!

For context: I spent 6 years in my previous organization and then joined current company where I've worked over 1.5 years with barely any learnings and any actual work.
