I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Which agencies are going through layoffs
Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIN. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/

Head of Parties 🎈
That’s too low. $250k minimum.
Interesting. I’d be moving in-house, so it’s not a big agency, but we’re into the 5th round of interviews and we haven’t talked money yet, which makes me think it’s not a concern for them...
That’s too low for LA. That’s HOP $ in the Midwest. Go $250k or higher.
What does HOP position mean?
In this case it’s to be a head of production at a house of pancakes, so everybody wins!
No that’s fair if it’s a large agency
To start, take that first digit and add one.
Nope. If you are a white male on the coast you can expect 200-225k as an HOP. If you are not a white male you can expect 180-200k for the same role at a large agency.
Exactly. I've know some HOP's in LA in the 300's...200 is the basement. Ask much higher.
(And so sad about the Midwest and so true, so very true)
