Hello all, I am learning DSA on scalar. My only dream company is Microsoft .for me package and level doesn't matter. Just development role so minimum sde 1. And optional if possible wfh. I have 7 years of experience in DOTNET. I am NOT much confidence in DSA. So I need help and guide and support how can I join Microsoft. Right now possible? as I am already learning DSA and not much salary requirements. So can they take me as sde 1. Any view and guidance help to impossible to possible.

Got messaged by a C3 . ai recruiter. Read that wlb is bad and that the interview process is absurdly long, but the Glassdoor reviews are 4.2 and can't find actual hours worked posted by anyone. How's the culture really? I'd be aiming for DS consulting, something more functional but with DS/ML concepts as my differentiator.

Is it just rules-based model? What’s your challenges? If all frequencies & numbers are provided, case when statements within sql or if else with Python can simply be applied to calculate the average?
The funding is provided for per unit sold. So despite the item going on 50% discount 4 wks/yr, we would disproportionately sell more units during that period. Discount % and sales volume is not linear increment but exponential? Wondering if there is a formula for it

You could potentially use excel’s sumproduct depending on size / shape data.
Eg, with your numbers you’d have percent of year as one vector (4/52, 8/52, 40/52) then the funding level (1.5, 2.5, 0) which would get you the avg funding for year.
The operation I think you want is weighted average, where weeks per year is the weight

Still think you’re in weighted average territory
