Hey, I'm a 2023 graduate and have been interning with a Saas unicorn for a year now,a few months back I've recieved a PPO offer from them as a Functional Consultant (8lpa) which is basically configuring their product according to their client's specifications, however i see no future in this line of work(no transferable skills for a switch except SQL)

Infra/cloud admin is more of a devops role and not a developer role. If you are getting a developer role in the PPO offer, you always have higher chance of learning and using that to switch
Very tool dependent and manual heavy work.
Growth will be there if you focus on the cloud part. But work is tiresome and usually has more wlb issues than a developer oriented role.
Ericsson also as far as I have seen is not very fresher friendly but once you want to settle with an org, then you can join Ericsson (low hike percentage, good wlb though comparatively)
