I live in the DC area and am a Sr. Project Manager in tech/gov contracting with about 6 years of experience and a PMP I just got accepted to a good MBA program and got a nice scholarship to boot.

I'm planning on working FT during school so when I graduate, I'll have between 8-10 years of experience and (hopefully) a promotion.

What salaries should I expect upon graduation? Please include types of companies in your response if possible (ie: big 4 v. non).

They need me at my job, but I’m being way under paid. I’ve asked twice for a pay increase. (With a no a a response) I want to put in my two weeks notice to see if they would consider giving me a pay increase.. but I don’t have a back up plan right now to do so. Any suggestions. It hard for them to find employees and the turn over rate is to the rooftop! I would be hard to replace at a short notice now that they are hiring like four new physicians and providers
