Do you ever feel like there are rooms you’re locked out of? I’m a black woman, i lateraled to my group a few months ago with minimal onboarding and welcome. A white woman joined recently and everyone has bent over backwards to make her feel welcome and get her integrated into the group. People have invested less in me and it’s going to show in a few years when she’s up for partner and I’m still catching up.

I am a support SAP Warehouse management consultant with 4 year of experience with 12 LPA package. I have only worked on 1 support project for four years. I feel I am lagging behind. I want to know what new skills I should have at this stage in my career. OR what experience should I have to have a better opportunity and good package in NEXT year. Kindly tell any related skill set which will help acceralate my career.
