I have been working as a Sr BA with 3 YOE for Uber. I have the following offers

1. Zomato : Product Analyst , 21 LPA all fixed

2. Meesho: Snr. Business Analyst, 20 Fixed + 12 Esops (3yrs vesting)

3. Uber: Manager (L3) - In process (mostly they'll match to retain)

4. Google: Product Analyst - In process (I'm confident I'll have something but process would last longer, and I have will have to take a call on above 3)

I am a senior accountant with a masters and CPA credential and 3 years experience. A colleague was just promoted to senior with no credentials and 10k higher salary. My boss said he can match salary in 3 months when we have our annual review cycle. I don’t think I should have to wait. Also I said I should absolutely be paid higher than peer given my credentials. How much more though??? Also should I push to have it matched now?

Former biglaw first-years now in government: Do juniors in government get more autonomy than those in biglaw? Or is the review process for juniors' work at least more efficient/streamlined (i.e. reviewed by one mid-level and one senior, instead of four mid-levels, two seniors, and two partners)?

Does anyone here suffer from bipolar disorder? How do you manage it and working in law? I see a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and am on medication, but I still have days where I wake up and I’m so depressed I can’t move. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.

Anyone here choose between A&M, Alix, and some other usual suspect consulting companies? What made you pick A&M? Do employees generally tend to stick around? Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I’m coming up empty on ideas for them to bridge the gap, but I’m also new to my compliance counsel role, so I would be overjoyed if anyone has suggestions.
