Does anyone know the salary for a 3rd year junior associate at Squire Patton Boggs?

So, I've tried a few different positions and still hate practicing law BUT I was approached about a contract role that won't have billable hour requirements and I won't be steeped (I think) into the law firm's toxicity, so I'm wondering if it could be the closest thing to a 9 to 5 for law. Pay is hourly which seems weird, but I would have time to devote to hobbies and life generally. Has anyone been tempted by or accepted these contract opportunities, and what's your hot take?

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. Hello! I joined a company in the UK 6 months ago, and received a £20,000 gross sign on bonus - clause associated to this however was that I stay for a minimum of 12 months. Unfortunately, the role is really proving to be the wrong fit, and I am looking to leave.

Question for you all - if I resign, I assume I would be expected to pay back the sign on bonus despite me only receiving approx 12k after tax. Anyone know the process for a tax clawback for something like this? Thanks in advance!

I made it through the first 2 interviews and I think it went well. How long does it usually take to find out if you move on to the final interview round?
