Hey studiers! Can someone explain the difference between unrealized gains and realized gains and losses in the most simplest way possible? I understand realized vs recognized but for some reason realized vs unrealized G/L never seem to stick.

California peeps. I have a feeling I failed FAR, which is my last exam, but my score isn’t released until May 11. Can I submit the reapplication with the CA Board of Accountancy to speed up the retake and NTS process in case I failed? Or do I need to get my exam score first? I need to pass by mid June, else my REG score expires, hence the rush to resubmit the re-application.

Becker expired. What to do? Cant extend it since i dont have an nts and dont want to pay for one yet but need to study.

How's the ethics exam for VA licensure ?
