Even though they don’t have a hub in DC I will now only fly Delta. It’s good enough that it’s worth a transfer.
Delta is the best followed by JetBlue IMO, but others will say Southwest
Southwest may not have the frills but their customer service is second to none.
“Hey team”
Hahaha - if I knew your name I’d address you by that
United is bottom of the barrel for national airlines IMO.
AA is truly the worst, but your chances of getting a beat down on UA are higher. Make your choice.
I hadn't flown Delta since I had a string terrible experiences with them over 10 years ago. Glad I gave them another shot.
Delta will always be my #1 and I will actively pay a little extra to use Delta at non-hubs
I second this!! And, Delta status has always treated me better and I had similar status at American and United throughout the years. Also, I matched my Delta status with Alaska and let me tell you, between flying coast to cost with many first class upgrades AND offering to send a case of wine home free every time you fly from a west coast airport, Alaska might be right behind delta for me!
If you’re NYC based Delta definitely the move with LGA as a hub.
Delta is my OG but currently an American Woman due to hub city 😞 About to burn all of my American points on personal travel and go back to Delta. Convenience be damned.
You know it. 🙃
Jet blue > delta > United > spirit

Delta is the best. I have the platinum SkyMiles credit card
Is this worth it from your experience of using it? The offer looked enticing, and looks more rewarding than what I use - which is the United explorer card
I actually switched from Delta to United. I travelled a lot internationally before Covid and had a really bad experience with Delta One. I know I can fly with another SkyTeam airlines, but not after this meal…
You should have seen how gross the seat was
In terms of international travel how do you enjoy deltas product versus Polaris, as well as PlusPoints/GPU’s versus what Delta has to offer?
Delta is the best US airline IMHO. I don't live near a hub, so I'm Execute Platinum on American. But for two years, I connected through ATL and was Diamond. Better all around experience.

I once lost my engagement ring and when I realized I got hold of delta agent at baggage claim. The lady went all the way out to track my ring and get us back for me (slid out my finger on the plane and some passenger handed it to gate agent). I can tell you many such tales of Delta experiences.
If you go delta, get the Delta Amex too!
I love Delta because they took COVID-19 seriously and ran planes half full last year for a very long time unlike United / American! Go Delta!

As a brown guy, I find United discriminatory.
Yep how calm and little shock shown by at least 10 other staff members in earshot by their fellow coworker loudly mocking an Asian customer in front of his kids and a large crowd of already mad customers told me all I needed to know about company culture at United.
Just seemed so nasty and literally out of nowhere too she literally yelled after the man as he was walking away with back turned just to mock the Chinese language for his kids and the whole crowd to hear. How comfortable and bold she was doing it told me it definitely wasnt her first time
United hates and breaks guitars

I love Delta and have been Diamond for years, but quite honestly post-pandemic they have not done very well Frequent delays (with limited rebooking options because they’ve cut back their schedule so much), long hold times (I was quoted 42 hours by the callback system on my last trip), fewer competent agents than before (phone and in-person) and degraded onboard service (they’re still serving snack boxes in first).
