My client wants to hire me directly but I'm at offshore, he says he will give short term onsite for three months and within those days he will try to hire me directly. Started a univerity degree in Business/Accounting 5 years ago, because I heard it could lead to jobs with good money.

I am so behind with my preventive medicine at 45. I have a strong HX of certain cancers within my family and have had abnormal findings on tests in the past. My PCP is in the Boston hospital I work at and still won’t let me schedule them and it’s making me uneasy. Am I being unreasonable to ask that at least they be scheduled knowing they are likely going to be months ago? Only so much you can do on a tele-visit?

I have been an RN for 2 yrs and 6 m now. I started my nursing in the sub acute unit of a hospital, it was ok i didnt mind it. Right away they made me one of 3 charge nurses and I felt the pressure but I was ok. Switched to outpt GI setting and loved it the only thing I didnt like was not being home with my kids since it was mon-Fri because we were short staffed I would do 10 hr days at times. decided to apply for bedside medsurg. constant anxiety attacks now hate being an RN. Im only 3m in.
