To be honest I don’t see myself having kids in the future but I’ve thought about freezing my eggs just in case I change my mind. I do have some health issues / previously vaped and don’t have the most habitable body for a child. Does pathway to parenthood cover that even if I’m single?

I need a mentor to discuss which career path I should choose between prod mgmt and consulting. I am confused and need help. Can anyone help me?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

However, for other items that fall under wage works reimbursement, I couldn’t find anything in writing yet.

Has anyone had any issues getting a response back from pathways. They are not responding to my emails when I ask for assistance.

Fo getting the reimbursement what is the process? Just submit normally through insurance? FAQ says participate in managed fertility program. What does that mean?

Are we absolutely unable to get a pump that is not the Limerick one?

Has anyone dealt with submitting domestic adoption costs for reimbursement? Do we just email them our receipts as the expense has occurred. Is there forms to fill out as well? I just started the process and made my first payment and want to know how to submit.

We are just starting out on our adoption journey and have sent in some initial bills from our adoption attorney to the Pathways email address. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to hear back from that inbox? It's been about a week so far.

I am in the process of IVF due to my husband's male factor infertility. I am so grateful for the benefits that EY provides and wanted to know if there is any consideration for reevaluating those benefits? We know that IVF is incredibly expensive and for some of us, having children is a top priority. Does anyone know where or how we can petition for enhanced or shared benefits? I have ideas.

About a year into our infertility journey and considering switching from my husband's company's benefits to EY's to take advantage of the 50K lifetime benefit. I know I would need to switch to EY coverage, but does my husband also haveto be on EY's insurance to have IVF costs fully reimbursed?

Where are you in your own path to parenthood?

I am wanting to start the adoption process. I reached out to pathways to parenthood for information first from my personal email. I got a response within 30 min asking me to email them back from my work email. I did so and it has now been 3 days with no response. Is there any other way of contacting them?

I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.

Is the EY 16 week maternity pay 100% of the salary ? I was reading the FAQs and could not find anything that said 100 % of pag provided in the 16 weeks of eligible time off.

From the benefit policy documentation, my understanding is that EY reimburses employees for surrogacy / adoption related expenses up to $50k lifetime. I have BCBS and have been having a hard time getting everything approved and set up. This process was much smoother when I went through it the first time in 2018. Anyone else’s having these issues? Is Win Fertility still the place that handles it?
