Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Got a master's and a few months experience? Well then my advice would be you've got a master's and done some onboarding now isn't the time to change firms - get 4 solid years experience and come.bqck and ask the question when you actually have something to offer the new firm
What’s the reason you want to leave? If you’ve been at the firm for 5 months or so and you are bored out - maybe an internal switch up could be more beneficial than going for a new role?
I left my previous employer after 7 months but i first explored most of my options, switching to different department and trying to be in contact with as much people as I could before pulling the plug. Must admit that my offer from the next employer was really attractive too, but that was not my main reason of moving.
