Hi. About to have a "case interview". Never had one. Can some of you tell me about your experience with these interviews? Thank you

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. Wondering if I’m making the right choice

One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

How is Big 4 client delivery experience + measurable technical skillsets/ experience viewed by AWS during interview process? I feel like their are so many posers in Big 4 in cyber, that gives a bad rap across.

Looking for suggestions what the are the critical recruiting metrics Amazonians use or asked during the interview process? Are they anything different from reqs load, screening, interviews, offer hire, time to hire, DEI etc…looking for some great examples.

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. Fridays are the worst because it sure feels like that’s when the resignations come in. It’s hard not to feel stressed about it. 🤦🏼‍♀️

In an environment where we’re barely surviving, fielding resignations left and right, I thought this might be a good place to vent, source ideas, discuss common trends etc. Our field is very unique and hard to find comps in terms of salary, daily duties, expectations so I’m hoping we can have an open dialogue on this!

Is it possible for a school teacher with a masters in education and very good Microsoft office schools to become a resource manager/associate? Asking for a friend

Would you say that RM is a safe field during a recession? Just transferred to a team that’s mostly remote and so a little worried, but it’s the job I’ve been looking for! Hoping I’m not making the wrong decision.
