How do firms calculate how much parental leave to provide, either paid or unpaid. Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

I have around 8 YOE as a ruby on rails developer. I have total 3 offers in hand.

1. Bacancy PVT as lead developer 32 lpa fixed (remote).
2. Epam as Senior software 33 lpa fixed (remote).
3. Infobeans limited as lead consultant 33 + 1 lac variable pay.
4. Encora (in final round of interview)

I would like to know more about infobeans (WLB) as the interview process was average so I don't have much information about the client or team.
