How many days does BNY Mellon takes to release offer letter post the interview procedure, I was confirmed by HR that I will get a mail with link to upload docs and then offer will be released but still waiting for their mail.

My technology is Oracle apps technical with 9+ yrs of exp.
I have 3 offers please suggest which one i choose .
Current ctcs in IBM 11Lpa
TCS 19.5 Lpa ( including fixed + variable+ retention bonus)
Cognizant 18.7 (18fixed)
Wipro 20 (17 fixed + 3v)

What is the yearly hike cycle @capgemini? And when the variable is paid?

This first interview is a 30 minute HR screen. It is for a marketing position. Anyone have any words of advice or thoughts on the interview process? Any thoughts on the culture. How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?
