I am 12 yoe, working at a very stable product based organisation (not NEC).
But I want to switch to a better role & compensation.

I got an offer from Thoughtworks GGN as a lead consultant. Being a mother, I have anxiety about joining TW, since it is service based.

1. Bcoz of the recession and hiring is not for specific project, is it the right time to join TW or is it risky w.r.t job security?
2. How flexible is TW for WFH or it depends on the client?
3. How is WLB?

I keep starting huge projects or hobbies and being intensely into it for about 10 days/2 weeks, after which I forget about it and the project just lays around my house for months until I get interested in it again or I toss it out/donate it. It was fine when I was living alone but my partner is seriously frustrated with how messy the house gets and how much I spend on supplies for these things. I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
