I am holding 2 offers. Ey is Providing 13.5lpa fixed + variable. Whereas bell techlogix which is new in India and is offering me 18lpa fixed. Bell tech has not provided information on leave policies in the offer letter.
I have 3 yoe and been wfh. Ey is 2 days wfo whereas bell tech is daily wfo. I like traveling. Ey is 15-20mins away from my place whereas Bell tech is at walking distance.
Which one to join for long term growth since one is brand and the other is giving package?

Cisco is giving me 4L lesser in total CTC.

Which one should i choose?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO

Just sharing that I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia 3 days after giving birth despite not having risk factors or preeclampsia in my pregnancy. Sharing as I had absolutely no idea about this illness.

Main things to do are check your BP everyday at least the first ten days after you give birth, and go to hospital if it's very high (over 160/110). If you get severe headache or stomach ache then also be vigilant.
