No. Company usually gives ample opportunities for people to perform and everyone does. What is important to have a good attitude and zeal for learning and trying new things.

It's better if you don't consider CTS at this segment usually layoffs are common you can either choose ey or Infosys don't worry about wlb usually it depends on project and people around it don't let reviews fool you. Choose wisely
Better don't join infy..choose others...infy you won't get 100% VP

This is quite common to feel this way. Most of the work we do in IT are on job learning. You can't expect the work to be same everywhere and if it's same then it will be boring. So don't worry you got this! Java is Java everywhere as long as you know your stuffs it should be all ok.
