2) masters in management (Mba)

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Will an MBA set me apart? I have a BS in Marketing from top 15 undergraduate business program with a 3.8 gpa, 2 years work experience (3 by the time I’d enroll), and scored in the 63rd percentile on the gmat. This qualifies me for an average business school (ranked below ~50). My goal is to move into a management position within the next 5 years and eventually move into a director or c-suite role. At your companies, do most upper-level marketing employees have an MBA? Is it from a top school?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Can anyone help me wrap my head around this post Series C start-up equity offer? It’s an IP director position, the the base is $170 with 10% bonus (both lower than I was expecting). There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.

Been in house for 5 years with current company (practice for 7), considering a move to a firm that is mid size but on big law pay scale - firm claims to be big on work/life balance.
