Hi all, I currently have an offer from Allstate NI for Business Analytics Consultant role. Previously, I have worked for ZS Associates for 3 years and very recently completed my masters in business analytics. I am currently being offered £42k as salary. Is that quite low and should I further negotiate with the HR? Any thoughts/information are highly appreciated.

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. Company A is not responding , no communication , No reply to mails and not picking up the call. What to do? any suggestion will be appricaited.
