I got offer letter from CTS but they mentioned my DOJ as 6th jan 2025 and location as Hyderabad but in HR call discussed HR mentioned the DoJ joining as 24th Nov 2025 and location as Bangalore and confirmed that also.
Now I’m trying to reach out to the HR but they are not responding. Can anybody tell how to approach this.

I appeared in L2 round of Capgemini recently.
Just after the intro first question they asked me " Do you have any offer and amount?" This question was asked in technical round.
I'm sure that guy wasn't a Manager.

I don't think he know how to take an interview.

Even after creating 2 asked program and answering 80% of their questions correctly.
Got rejected.
Didn't expect this kind of L2 round from Capgemini.

How many days E&Y takes in general to release offer? My last discussion with the HR was on 06th Oct, no further communication or discussion initiated for negotiation.

I was not getting any proper job, I joined a company as System Admin (the position name is only in pen and paper their actual work is data entry operator) on 3rd party payroll. The company only gives salary which is lowest in market. they don't provide any facilities. there is no career growth, learning facilities in this company. Still I am not getting proper job. Now I am forgetting the things I learned. Fully frustrated with my job. Please suggest how can I overcome the problem.

Hi folks need your suggestion here it would help me i guess . I have been working as manual tester for 3.5 years. I tried learning coding and felt difficult so gave up on that. Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging.
