I had HR round today hired for project in how many days can I expect offer letter

Interviewing at so many places and often get dinged at final rounds. Hoping and praying for the right one to work out.

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. However parent company still hired me and now they're in process of allocating me in some other clients. Sometimes i feel insecure about this situation. How to cope up with such cases?

I applied for a job at a well-known healthcare company a couple of months ago. I had a number of remote interviews and then they asked me to fly out for a final round of in-person interviews. Later that week they told me that they were going to be making an offer. Another week has gone by and still no offer. They said they are still working on it. Is this the new norm for recruiting? I have other offers and can't keep waiting for these foot draggers.

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Advice on pivoting into Sales from Accounting? I know I have the skills and it’s a better fit, personality-wise. I am not a super technical accountant, but my background is still a super strong skill set I bring to the table with me (the ability to process and translate the technical to layman’s terms, and the anticipation of client needs and wants). I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? Is synechron safe to join, I have read a lot of hire and fire reviews, they are ready to give me 2.5 LPA hike on my In-hand offer, also there was no client round conducted, I only know the client is Japan based.
