I had two technical interviews today at two companies. Both interviews were completed in just 15 minutes. I think I did okay; I answered about 80 percent of the questions. Is that considered acceptable, or does it suggest a rejection? Also, if I am selected, how long will it take to receive the results? One company is LTI Mindtree, and the other is Accenture. I would appreciate any insights from those with experience.

Hi! I interviewed for a Digital Marketing Analyst for an agency for Data Center and Telecom PR/ Tech. Since we are virtual country wide, he asked what my salary requirement would be for this role. During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
Also, does not countering my demands of requisite salary mean that they'll provide the figure I've asked for?. Kindly suggest.
