UBS pune? BTW it's good offer
Mumbai
Yes, I guess that must be Max.
Thanks for the response. Do you know hows the growth there?
That’s not even 30% hike…
You can push for positions D and 55+ ., that will make a good move else it’s okay okay .try to negotiate for max during joining afterward god knows
I tried but there aren't any recs is what the hiring manager said. There are two potential reasons why I can't negotiate hard
1. I have a 3 months NP
2. My current work location takes 4-5 hours of travel and with UBS it might be 2-3 hours
Negotiate for more cuz once you come here , there are hardly any hikes and bonus is normally around 1L no matter how good you perform . WLB in some projects is good but not in all. If location is nearer , then it’s a good choice as too much travelling impacts WLB and health. All the best
How bonus is calculated ?

Sure. For Java there were qns on
1. Internal working of thread pool executors
2. Some output prediction questions on String (like code was given and he asked how many objects will be created and all). So you should be familiar with String pool and caching
3. Spring bean scopes
4. Immutable classes and Singleton
5. Streams (write a program to filter the employees whose salary is great than 10k and then display only their name)
6. Few output prediction questions
7. Docker
8. Current role and responsibilities
