I have 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
Can anyone suggest good product based company for Salesforce developer.
I have extensive development experience on apex,Aura,integration. After after spending 3 years in service based companies, learning is very low pace now. So wanted to switch to a product based company.
Attend one interview in sirionlabs and got offered but not sure how it is.

Is there anyway into the big four as a SA without a CPA (currently in a middle market firm (BDO,GT,RSM), I came from a non-audit background and I never had to get my CPA but have ample experience.

Have 2 offers: Comp, location, and industry speciality (generalist for both) are the same or similar.

1. McKinsey BA (experienced)
2. Oliver Wyman SC

Normally would prefer McKinsey but going back to entry level is what worries me. What would you pick?

I have an MBA from the University of Chicago, not that it matters much in sales. I have always been in a consulting role but I think I can make more in sales. I have a competitive personality and I am bored.

I received an offer for ~60% increase in base salary. I would like to accept however I feel I’d be burning ties at my current firm due to the recent investments they’ve made in me pursuing certs / specialized knowledge. Would you still leave?
