Can anyone suggest good product based company for Salesforce developer.
I have extensive development experience on apex,Aura,integration. After after spending 3 years in service based companies, learning is very low pace now. So wanted to switch to a product based company.
Attend one interview in sirionlabs and got offered but not sure how it is.

What is 2nd round for In an Interview ? What do they ask ?

Is AWS certification is useful for Automation Tester (Java , Rest API Testing) ?
Should i do certification ? Will it help while switching job in testing?

I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. How do y’all deal with people at work who are stuck on stupid? Like they have no idea what they’re talking about and they REFUSE to learn.
