If you have better offer then dont consider. DEP vertical in EPAM is dominated by Ukraine , and comparatively client interview and selection process is tough for India. Moreover projects are of short duration, so please ask your recruiter if you are being hired for any specific project. Overall at this moment I will not recommend you to join.
Thanks much for your insights, are you working at Epam?
If you can help me understand the clients on Salesforce projects?
Epam gives inflated ctc easily, but getting a project here is tough. And bench time with high ctc can make you uncomfortable.
I am not saying that we should not accept higher ctc, but take a moment to think about the reasoning behind it. Because nothing comes for free. Your ctc is a function of demand, supply, profit, peace of mind, work-life balance, job security etc.
If only ctc matters to you, then no matter what feedback is, you should join. If you find a project quickly, then it's all rosy.
Ultimately, what matters the most is ' what do you really want '.
Epam is giving 30% hike only
1. Here if you clear the project interview and the client doesnot turn up for client interview, they will consider as a rejection.
2. If you clear both project and client interview and later client feels budget issue then also this will be treated like a rejection.
If there are 2 to 3 rejections and CTC is on the higher side, they will show the door to the employee.
Who told you this?
Don't join EPAM present situation is not good and people are getting fired.
Hi OP, did you joined EPAM?
